Finding commercial HVAC air filters is easy. Getting them to the right job site, labeled correctly, on time, with tracking you trust — most suppliers fall short there.

Brookaire has operated from the Northeast since 1974. Three distribution centers cover New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Minnesota.

Orders go directly to job sites. Every delivery includes job tagging, real-time SMS and email tracking, and proof of delivery.

Custom filters ship in 48 hours. No minimum order.

If you manage multiple job sites or run preventative maintenance programs at scale, this page covers what Brookaire supplies and how the operation works.

The service stack behind every order

Most filter suppliers ship a box. Brookaire delivers a complete service operation built around how HVAC contractors and facility managers work. Here is what every order includes.

1

Job-site delivery

Filters arrive at your job site, not at a supply house. Customers in Zone 1 (New Jersey and surrounding areas) get a 30-minute delivery window. Same-day delivery is available when you order by 11 AM. Weekends and after-hours delivery are available in all zones. Scheduled delivery runs Monday through Friday.

Zone 1 rates: $65 scheduled, $125 same-day.

Zone 2: $95 scheduled, $150 same-day.

Zone 3: $125 scheduled, $250 weekends.

Your technicians stay on site. “Every hour saved at a supply house is a billable hour you get back.”

Job tagging (free on every order)

Before your shipment leaves the warehouse, Brookaire labels and bundles each box by job name, building, floor, or room. Your team knows where each box goes without opening every carton. Each label shows the job name, shipping address, sales order number, carton ID, and a full contents list. Large orders with multiple job destinations ship already sorted. Include labeling instructions when you place your order, and Brookaire handles the rest.

Real-time tracking

Every job-site delivery includes SMS and email alerts from the first warehouse scan to proof of delivery. A live map shows your driver’s location and real-time ETA. Proof of delivery is captured automatically. You do not need to call to find out where an order is. Provide your email or phone number when you place your order, and tracking starts immediately.

Customer portal

The Brookaire customer portal is built for contractors managing multiple accounts and facility managers running recurring filter programs. Save filter lists by job site, reorder in a few clicks, view full order history, and track deliveries across all your locations from one login. The saved jobs feature organizes your filter sizes by account so you never re-enter the same information twice. The portal works for both HVAC contractors and facility managers.

DeltaPleat: the premium filter line

DeltaPleat is Brookaire’s premium air filter family. All three filters are manufactured in the United States and built for applications where standard filters reach their limits. DeltaPleat is a separate, premium upgrade from the standard range.

DeltaPleat P10

DeltaPleat P10

MERV 10

Engineered for longer service life in high-demand commercial environments. Outperforms standard MERV 10 filters in dust holding capacity and sustained efficiency. Built for facility operators where filter longevity directly affects operating costs.

DeltaPleat Hydro H11

DeltaPleat Hydro H11

MERV 11

Designed for humid and moisture-prone environments. Holds structure and efficiency in conditions where standard air filters degrade faster. The right choice where humidity is a consistent operational factor.

DeltaPleat GasGuard G8

DeltaPleat GasGuard G8

MERV 8

Targets gas-phase contaminants alongside particulate capture. Works in facilities where chemical or gas exposure is a concern alongside standard air quality requirements.

What MERV ratings mean for commercial systems

MERV stands for Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value. The scale runs from 1 to 20. A higher number means the filter captures smaller particles. For commercial HVAC systems, MERV 10 to 13 covers most applications. MERV 13 is the standard for hospitals and pharmaceutical facilities. HEPA filters (MERV 17 and above) serve cleanrooms and critical environments where standard ratings are not sufficient.

Selecting a MERV rating too high for your system’s airflow creates pressure resistance and reduces efficiency. Brookaire’s team helps you confirm the right rating before you order.

Industries we serve

Brookaire supplies commercial HVAC filters to the following industries across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and surrounding states.

Industry Filtration requirements and what Brookaire supplies
Healthcare and hospitals MERV 13 minimum for general air handling. HEPA for critical and surgical areas. Bag filters for medium-efficiency applications. All products meet ASHRAE 52.2 and are verified by independent labs.
Pharmaceutical manufacturing HEPA and ULPA for cleanrooms. MERV 13 for production areas handling active pharmaceutical ingredients. Multi-stage filtration from pre-filter through terminal HEPA. cGMP and ISO 14644-1 compliance.
Data centers MERV 13 and HEPA to protect server equipment from fine particulates. Same-day delivery keeps maintenance programs on schedule. Rigid box filters for high-density equipment environments.
Education (K-12 and university) MERV 13 across return-air applications per post-pandemic IAQ standards. Bulk ordering for multi-building campuses with job tagging by building and unit. Customer portal manages large district filter programs.
Commercial office buildings MERV 10 to 13 depending on occupant density. Stock-and-release program is available so facilities never run short between maintenance cycles.
Food manufacturing HEPA and carbon pleated filters for contamination prevention and odor control. Custom sizes for non-standard food processing equipment.
Hospitality MERV 10 to 11 for hotel and resort properties. Job tagging by floor and wing so maintenance teams sort nothing on arrival.
Industrial and manufacturing High-volume ordering, custom sizes, bag and box filters for demanding production environments. 48-hour custom production keeps lines running.
